How can you make 2010 one to remember!
Is there anything sitting on your 'To Do List' since last year? It doesn't have to be anything drastic, just maybe a small change or goal you set yourself that could make all the difference to your daily life.
I have promised myself in 2010 to make more time for myself and not feel guilty about it. Starting up a business (& moving country!) made me realise how easy it is to get absorbed and forget about your own needs.
I made a positive start last week by going to a yoga class not only once but twice in one week. I almost skipped afterwards because I felt so happy and in control again! I even met some inspiring people after the class so the experience went beyond my expectations and by the weekend I wasn't lacking in energy.
It's quite easy to put off doing something until tomorrow so take action and make things happen for yourself. Put yourself back in the driving seat. You will feel great afterwards!
